MOISTURE SURVEY
Identification and quantification of moisture infiltrated portions of assemblies through use of infrared camera, Tramex, Delmhourst, or combination thereof
Verification of identified suspect moisture laden locations through cores or use of Delmhourst
Report provides quantification of moisture suspect locations on a footprint drawing with remediation recommendations, and survey photo pages

Prioritization of current roofing needs based on the complete umbrella of inspection services
